I got two of the newest manga with Weed

There aren't any special with the manga, if you hoping about :Weed stickers, postcards, poster and so It's the manga with Weed and the so called : Monkey war or arc
It's interesting idea about the Monkey war or arc
And here we get to Know more about weed's family
Well I will not say no more, because it can be spoilers for peoples who haven read, seen the manga's.

There is 344 pages on vol 1 , With adds in count
At vol 2 there is the same , with the adds.

The one thing is at the back of both manga's  or perhaps the best ting is the competition.
The First competition. ends at the 10th of June.
And the you can win Orion manga's (As far I can see) Vol 1-22
The Ginga Densetsu Weed plushies, nice to see them one more ^^

The second competition end of the 24 th of June
There are most the same prizes as on the first manga,
but inserted of Weed plushies (NO plushies here) you can get the Ginga Densetsu Weed ; Towel.

I guessing there are a limed number on the item's , as you can see in the photos. 

For me the both manga remind me of following :
Ginga Densetsu Weed Special: Gajou no Kettou-Hen Jou-Kan & Ginga Densetsu Weed Tokubetsu-ban - Weed Gaiden & Riki-Hen
Both four manga had competition to win ginga items.

Ginga Densetsu Weed Special Publication.Vol : 1-3 

The Ginga Densetsu Weed Special: Gajou no Kettou-Hen Jou-Kan release in March the year of 2004.

And can show up in auction or second hand manga stores .

 Also the Ginga Densetsu Weed Tokubetsu-ban - Weed Gaiden & Riki-Hen

As you hear have the Weed Gaiden & the Riki story's in the manga .
Not forgetting the competition to win ginga items. On th back side like the other three manga's
This manga were release in November, in the year 2005

With the G comics (  Gコミックス ) manga there have also been other manga's out with Weed, as those  Weed Special Publication . As you see in the photo  

 Those eight manga were release between the years of : 2009 -2010

As some review too be the third edition of Weed Manga's.
I myself I think that the Ginga Densetsu Weed Special: Gajou no Kettou-Hen Jou-Kan are NOT one edition.
Just Special Publication, extra manga's .
For I know, to many outside Japan have their own theory's about the edition of manga to Ginga series.

But I think that this is more logical .
Well it's my thought ..... 

I wonder if it's true that the G comics , Gコミックス  manga's are limed release.
For the can be a bit hard to get by now

If you don't find them on auction site or secondhand stores with manga's

At in some Japaneses secondhand manga store you can get them for a lower price.

Then for example Ebay , sometimes. There they can be more expensive.

GNG magazines of 2006 -2007

So yesterday the hunt for some volumes of the Ginga Nagareboshi Gin manga's were over for me.

In a way I guess
You see I have been hunting for some manga's for many years .  

And now I see how the patience pays off .

Thank to a dear friend that help me to get the volume I didn't have , vol 2

For crying out loud I have been on a long hunt for that one. So I way grateful for the help

So now that I have complete edition of  2006 -2007 

Or as some say the 7th edition

I thought to why not write just some things about them ^^
Especially when this manga magazines are hard to get by , now days. 

The Ginga Nagareboshi Gin story are focus on the Akakabuto war.
So the wolves are not in those magazines.
Oh yes why I say magazines is for the Ginga Nagareboshi Gin are in the magazine Tokumori.

So the Publisher:  Home- Sha  
And like I can often see:  Creative ,Sano  Japan , are there too
The Magazine name are : Tokumori 

And the magazine with Ginga Nagareboshi Gin came out one a month.

Yes the Tosho cards are payment cards, that book/manga stores have in Japan

All the issues 12-7 had the Tosho cards, that you could win.
In some issues you can see competition with question and you could answer and send in.
Also there are fact things about different dog breeds, bears , fan-art and many other things.
As well as Ginga Nagareboshi Gin info and so one.

The issues 12-4  have 230 pages (if you count the ads), or 225 pages

Those one have poster , colored images inside .
The Issue  5-7 are larger and have 456 pages (if you count the ads) , or 438 pages

And those have more or less one colored page and one colored/white summary what have happens in the story of Ginga Nagareboshi Gin.
The three last remind me about those some call : the Phone book editions (The Edition of  2000-2001).

I thought to show the issue 12 . Here you see the the cover  and  the last page in the magazine . There is some info about the Publishers, some other tings.

Phone & Tosho Cards

 Note that this is some I have learn from Japanese sites, source and what some contact what told.

So like I have said before; this is talk, theory, ideas

There have been talk about telephone,phone card's and how people can be confused with this tosho cards.
To be true this were confusing for me too at first.
So this is what I have learned so far
I had never heard about those tosho card until I got one.
It most have been : Ginga Densetsu Weed Tosho Card
At the date 9/6 -2011 . When I got this one 

Weed Tosho  card. That were Prize item for 200 readers of Ginga Densetsu Weed World.

So what is tosho card's ?
Well Tosho card is some kind of payment cards bookstores in Japan.
But what I heard you can buy pens, notebooks or other things

With the The Edition of  2006-2007; Ginga Nagareboshi Gin manga there were Tosho card as well

On the card's and back you can see stamp/text: QUO, QUO 500

"QUO card  is gift certificate is common nationwide (prepaid card) "

So about the telephone,phone card's  then ?
Well take a look at those that I have :Kacchû no senshi Gamu  Ginga Nagareboshi Gin phone card .
On the back on the cards you can see text in both Japanese and English

Kacchû no senshi Gamu telephone card from  the year 1988 And the Ginga Nagareboshi Gin telephone card, the image are from the wolf  manga edition (phone edition)

"This card is for Card/Coin Telephone in Japan. It is worth 50 call units"

I Have hear that even The manga Edition of  2000 -2001 (more of the telephone edition)  had some phonecard, tosho, library cards.

Shonen Jump release telephone cards over the years:
Great Horse, Lassie, Ginga Nagareboshi Gin,Kacchû no senshi Gamu and others

I think I have seen a other Ginga Densetsu Weed tosho card or if that were telephone card but that were a time ago.
